Revitalization efforts for South Tejon in Colorado Springs took one of the older and longest running restaurants and created a new environment for the space to thrive. Shortly after, a slew of new restaurants opened up bringing life back to the South Tejon area. We were lucky to be able to take some of the photos for the soft opening.
